Résumé
Titre : Évaluation du SOAP note form de la clinique « À mains nues » du CEESO Paris.
Introduction : Le SOAP Note Form est un outil clinique servant aux praticiens à noter les informations de leurs patients mais son remplissage est partiel voir inexistant.
Objectif : Notre étude a pour but de savoir si le SOAP Note Form mis à disposition des praticiens de la clinique "A mains nues" leur est adapté.
Méthode : Nous avons envoyé un questionnaire par courriel aux étudiants de 4 ème et Sème année du CEESO Paris pour évaluer l’utilité du SOAP Note Form proposé à la clinique.
Résultats : 113 étudiants ont participé à notre étude. L’avis sur l’utilité du SOAP Note Form est mitigé. Beaucoup d’étudiants ne sont pas satisfaits par le SOAP Note form actuel de la clinique "A mains nues". La quasi-totalité des étudiants souhaite sa modification, sans pour autant qu’il soit supprimé.
Conclusion : Le SOAP Note Form de la clinique "A mains nues" ne semble pas être adapté aux étudiants. Le remplissage partiel du SOAP Note Form est multifactoriel. Il est en partie du à son format inadapté et à un manque d’explication de son contenu et de son remplissage.

ABSTRACT
Title : Evaluation of the "SOAP Note Form" of the clinic "A mains nues" of the CEESO Paris.
Introduction : The SOAP Notes Form is a clinical tool used by the practitioners to note the patient’s informations but its filling is incomplete or non-existent.
Objective : Our study aims to find out if the SOAP Note Form of the clinic "A mains nues " is adapted to the practitioners.
Methods : We sent a questionnaire by email to students of 4th and 5th year of CEESO Paris to estimate the utility of the SOAP Notes Form proposed at the clinic.
Results : 113 students participated in this study. The opinion on the usefulness of SOAP Note Form is mixed. Many students are not satisfied by the SOAP current form Almost all of the students wish its modification, however, it does not mean that they want removed.
Conclusion : the SOAP Notes Form of the clinic " A mains nues" does not seem to be adapted to the students. The partial filling of the SOAP Notes Form is multifactorial. Its unsuitable size, the lack of explanation of its contents and its filling seem to be the reason.
