Résumé
Introduction : Le but de cette revue de la littérature est de voir en quoi l’ostéopathie peut participer à la récupération des patients ayant subi une intervention chirurgicale.
Matériel et méthode : Sur les 2568 articles obtenus lors de nos recherches, 10 ont rempli tous nos critères et ont été analysés selon la grille de l’ANAES.
Résultats : Même si toutes les études n’ont pas pu conclure à des résultats statistiquement significatifs, la fonction motrice, hémodynamique, digestive, l’indépendance fonctionnelle, la douleur et la consommation d’antalgique ont été améliorés dans une étude chacun. Deux études ont pu conclure à une diminution de la durée de séjour et trois études ont montré une satisfaction des patients.
Conclusion : Même si les résultats sont partagés, cette étude a montré que de nombreuses pistes sont à explorer pour prouver l’efficacité de l’ostéopathie en post-opératoire.

Abstract
Title : Osteopathy and surgery — Review of the literature
Introduction : The purpose of this review of the literature is to find out how the osteopathy can participate in the recovery of the patients who underwent a surgical operation.
Material and method : on 2568 articles obtained during our searches, 10 filled all our criteria and were analyzed according to the assessment grid of the ANAES.
Results : Even if all the studies were not able to find statistically significant results, the motricity, hemodynamic function, digestive, the functional independence, the pain and the consumption of analgesic were each improved in a study. Two studies were able to find a decrease of the length of stay and three studies showed a patient’s satisfaction.
Conclusion : Even if the results are reserved, this study showed that many ways have to be explored to prove the efficiency of the osteopathy in post-surgery.
